          Quick Support & Billing Guide:

  • How to cancel - (Monthly & Trial Accounts) Right click the proxyconn icon and select My Account, then Unsubscribe. (This option is disabled after the trial period for the Annual & Broadband Accelerator service option, as these are charged only once.)

  • How to Re-install - Locate the file proxyconn.exe on your computer and run it to install.  Or, download the file from  www.proxyconn.com/myaccount.asp . You shall need your access code to enter.

  • Where is my Access Code - Right click the proxyconn icon and select Repair. It will appear on the second screen.

  • Billing procedure - Your account is charged in advance every month for as long as the account is active. Annual subscribers are charged once after the seven days free trial. If you cancel as indicated above, your subscription shall terminate at the end of the monthly cycle. Cancellation therefore, stops any future charges.  No refunds are applicable.
