Internet access in North America and Mexico.
Do I have to
wait for approval after I submit application?
No. You are approved automatically and receive an affiliate ID
immediately. We periodically review affiliates for compliance with the Agreement.
Do I need to
have a website to participate in your program?
No. You may put a link to PAP in a newsletter or even in emails. You shall get paid as long as users subscribe
through the link with your ID. See Agreement for details.
Where on my site should I put
the link?
You may put the link in anywhere on your site. We recommend you
add more information about the service to attract visitor to the link.
Can I use bulk
unsolicited email (SPAM)?
Absolutely

Do you accept
adult
websites?
No, we do not. See the Affiliate Agreement for all the
requirements.
I am an ISP.
Should I join?
You may join but we have a more attractive program for ISPs. See
ISP Page.
How often will
I get paid?
You shall get paid $10 after your referral has been with the service for consecutive three month.
Do you have a
minimum, like other affiliate programs?
No. Whether you earned $10,000 or only $10 in a month, you will
receive the check for the full sum.
How do I get
information about the performance of my site?
You will receive a User ID and a Password to get real-time information about referrals. The information is updated daily.
How does PAP works?
When you join PAP, you are issued a unique affiliate ID. This ID is
embedded in the links that we provide. When a visitor follows the
link, we register this ID and keep it for the entire session, as
determined by the web server. When the visitor signs up, we
increase your referral count by one. You may see detailed referral report on our web site.
Can I use a
different link, than one that you provided?
No. If you change a link, our site would be unable to register
your referral.
Who is a Super
Affiliate?
A Super Affiliate is an Affiliate,
who refers other affiliates.
How much does a
Super Affiliate Earn?
A Super Affiliate receives 25% of the
sums, paid to affiliates, it referred. For details, log in and go to
the Super Affiliates page.
How do I become a
Super Affiliate?
If you signed up as an Affiliate, you
are already a Super Affiliate. Go to the Super Affiliates page to learn
what to do next.
